After the final session, these thoughts came as a stream of conciousness to me. It was so interesting as it seemed like an immediate response to my stated goal, "I enjoy writing beneficial articles", to be input during self-hypnosis.

"Ideas grab me. They seize me. I am enraptured by thoughts. These ideas and thoughts are so alive, so real, and I engage with them".

As an educator, I engage with these thought, ideas, concepts, theories, models, philosophies at an abstract level, then communicate them, or offer them to my students, and see if we can be of ONE MIND! A connected separation. I am an individual person with my identity intact, engaged with an idea, and seeking to share this idea with another, another individual person with hopefully their idea of identity intact too! And so it becomes a dance of two minds with a connecting thoughts, or idea".
