Memory enhancement
In response to the perceived
needs of students who have not recently undertaken academic study, the
LCCH has developed a four-module course of memory enhancement which is
presented throughout the Course. The programme is taught through post-hypnotic
suggestion and thereafter self-hypnosis, so results can be noticed immediately.
These techniques aid memory retention and recall, and many have told us
that they find it helpful not only for exam purposes but also in their
everyday working and home life.
Interruption of studies
The LCCH realises that many
of its students are in full-time employment or have equally important
outside commitments. Sometimes, the untoward does occur and may result
in an interruption of studies. If the interruption is of a temporary nature,
then every attempt will be made to allow the student to catch up. This
may take the form of attending an equivalent weekend (without charge)
on a consecutive course, or one of the course lecturers may be requested
to give private tuition. No student may present themselves for examination
unless they have attended 80% of the weekend classes.
